4oz | 115g | Margarine or Butter |
4oz | 115g | sugar |
4oz | 115g | Flour |
Flavouring |
Mix the eggs and margarine/butter until really nicely mixed.
Gently add the sugar.
When mixed in add the sugar slowly, then fold in the flour and add any flavouring you wish to use.
Cook at gas mark 7 until the top of the cake springs back when lightly pressed.
Let cool, then carefully cut tops of cakes and slice in half to make Scrat's 'wings'. Put a small amount
of jelly / jam and cream on the top of each cake and replace the halved tops so they stand on the cake
like wings.
This is an easy recipe but a great way to make a meal (so Scrat says) J
