Badlands BBQ Marinade
From Xandria

1½ quartsred wine
½ quartbalsamic vinegar
2 sprigsfresh rosemary
2 tbspfresh basil, chopped
8 clovesgarlic, minced
1 piecefresh ginger root, about 1"
1jalapeño pepper
2 tbspground pepper

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until herbs are chopped fine, but some chunks remain.

Store in a cool place.
