Caribbean Marinade

¼ cupoil (any kind you like)
¼ cupfresh lemon juice
1 Tablespoongrated lemon peel
1 Tablespoonpaparika
1 Tablespoonhoney
1 Teaspoongarlic salt
1 Teaspoonfresh ginger
1 Tablespoonfresh Basil (or oregano)
¼ Teaspoonhot pepper sauce

Marinade from 30 min. to overnight in the refrigerator. Grill and serve.

(enough for 6 large breasts or up to 1.5lb/680g)
