Asparagus Casserole

10 ½oz300gAsparagus
2hard boiled eggs
Mushrooms
1 tspsalt
1½ - 2 cupsmed white sauce
¼ - ½ cupsharp cheese, grated
¼ - ½ cupcorn flakes

Cook asparagus and arrange in 1½ quart dish.

Add eggs, mushrooms and salt. Toss to mix.

Combine sauce and cheese, pour over casserole and top with corn flakes.

Bake for 30 mins at 350F / 177C
