Spiced Orange Fondue

5tbsp | 5tbsp | Double cream |
¼ tsp | ¼ tsp | Ground nutmeg |
¼ tsp | ¼ tsp | Cinnamon |
Grated rind of one orange |
Grate the chocolate into a fondue pan sitting on the heat. Stir in the cream and spices as the
chocolate melts. Do not allow to boil.
Place onto fondue burner and serve with the orange rind stirred into the mix.
Ideal with fresh fruit, marshmallows, sponge fingers, meringue fingers, brandy snaps or macaroons.
