Peel potatoes and chop in a chopping machine. Mix the potatoes with the flour and salt. Use on
tbsp Barley to every 2 tbsp flour, continue until you get a nice firm dough (add some water if
the dough gets too hard). Make big round balls and fill them with raw bacon or pieces of salted
Boil the balls in lightly salted water on a low heat for 1-1.5 hours (Preheat the water).
Add the carrots and swede and let boil for further 30 mins. Lastly add the sausages and boil until cooked.
Serve with salted meat, bacon, carrots, swede and sausages
