Quick N Easy Pesto
From Juliet

2 cupsBasil Leaves
1 cupCheese (Parmesan or Reggiano)
¼ cupPine Nuts
¼ cupWalnuts
3-4Cloves of Garlic
½ cupOlive oil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Heat and eat.
