Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca (Spaghetti in Harlot's Sauce)

3.5oz | 100g | Black Olives |
Capers | ||
4-6 | Anchovy Fillets | |
2 | Cloves of Garlic | |
4 | Large Ripe Tomatoes, skinned and deseeded | |
Plenty of Chopped parsley | ||
2 tbsp | Good Olive Oil | |
Black Pepper |
Gently fry off the crushed garlic in the olive oil and butter. Add the chopped anchovies. Add capers,
olives and chopped tomatoes and gently cook for about 15 mins. Add black pepper to taste.
Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce and serve smothered in parsley.
Don't bother with parmesan, the anchovies give so much flavour!
