Caribbean Marinade

| ¼ cup | oil (any kind you like) | 
| ¼ cup | fresh lemon juice | 
| 1 Tablespoon | grated lemon peel | 
| 1 Tablespoon | paparika | 
| 1 Tablespoon | honey | 
| 1 Teaspoon | garlic salt | 
| 1 Teaspoon | fresh ginger | 
| 1 Tablespoon | fresh Basil (or oregano) | 
| ¼ Teaspoon | hot pepper sauce | 
Marinade from 30 min. to overnight in the refrigerator. Grill and serve.
